We asked ChatGPT (search), Gemini (grounded) and Perplexity for a private dentist, a solicitor, an accountant and a physiotherapist or chiropractor in 28 Scottish towns. Where we had an independent practice on our list (27 town-and-specialty combinations), the assistants named one in 26. 48 of the 51 practices we checked were named at least once.
